IFA Berlin proved to be a successful hub to show off their ever-groundbreaking hardware. This year, we were greeted with many nice surprises and the Galaxy note wowed spectators with its enormous 5.3 inch screen with a stunning 1280 x 800 display. Better yet, the screen comes with Samsung’s “S Pen” which transforms the tablet into a drawing and note taking machine. Samsung showcased the devices amazing accuracy by having one of their artists sketch a caricature of a IDA attendee:
As you can see, the Galaxy Note provides an ample canvas while still maintaining a svelte form factor. The Note is likely powerd by a 1.4GHz dual core processor as can be explained by crazy 3.4k+ score on Quadrant:
The Quadrant score ranks the Note as the most powerful of the Android lineup as of today but it looks like the U.S. will be absent from its initial release. However, the Galaxy Note is expected to be available in the U.K. and Scandinavian countries as early as Q1 if 2012. Let’s keep our finger crossed that the nope comes stateside, or at least we get a comparable little sister.
