How To: Get the Samsung Galaxy S II Wind Farm Live Wallpaper

Fellow Americans, if you’ve been wanting to get your hands on a piece of the Galaxy S II action like the rest of the world, here’s your chance!

Kinda. At least the wallpaper you are looking at will be the same. The default animated wind farm wallpaper for the Galaxy S II is now available for you guys to install, here’s how:

1. Download Windmill.apk here and put it on your phone, or directly to your phone via this QR code:

2. Navigate to the .apk file and run it

3. Run the installation

4. While on the homescreen, hit the menu button and choose ‘Wallpaper.’ Select the ‘Live wallpapers’ category:

5. Scroll down to ‘Secret Wallpaper 2’ and set it as the wallpaper. Now you have a nifty animated wallpaper that changes according to the weather and time of day!

Protip: You can preview all the different weather variations by staying on the last screen above.

    Could you please do the same with the ocean weather wallpaper. I’ve searched for it and I can’t find any and if i do find one, it’s a compressed zipped file which can’t be opened from my samsung galaxy s1. I’ve downloaded zip file viewers but they still don’t work. SO could you PLEASE do this for the ocean weather background and the deep see background from the samsung galazy s3.

    It automatically changes upon weather and time. When it is in the night, turning to dark background as well as weather.
